There have been rumours, there have been whispers, but Soundwave promoters have finally revealed Iron Maiden will be taking the helm of this shockingly awesome lineup. We've been waiting for the chance to bang our heads to the final fourth of the The Big Four since we first heard word of the legendary band's new album - The Final Frontier. The group will be smashing out classics from their sizeable back catalogue along with new hits from their latest effort.

Most will agree Iron Maiden is reason enough to empty your pockets for a Soundwave ticket but amazingly enough - theres more. The international heavyweight will be backed up by some equally impressive talent including Queens of the Stone Age, Slayer, Primus, Primus, Slash and so many more. And this is only the beginning.
