Tickets will go on sale next Thursday for the 2010 Parklife Festival. Festival heads went nuts when the first announcement for the annual festival was made just weeks ago following the huge success last year with indie outfits La Roux, Crystal Castles and Art vs Science. This year the festival has pulled out all the stops for its 10th birthday with international heavyweights Missy Elliot, The Dandy Warhols and Groove Armada dominating the lineup. An unusual mix of grunge stoner rock, dance music and hip hop on the outset, Parklife is set to be a festival for all tastes with several acts performing in Australia for the first time.

Chiddy Bang, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, Dan lack, Darwin Deez and Kele (of Bloc Party fame) will make their live Australian debut for the festival. Several local dance and electro acts will be appearing throughout the day includint Cut Copy, Bag Raiders and Midnight Juggernauts as well as a swag of other live dance and rock acts.
